Newton's Three Laws of Motion
1st Law: Every object in a state of uniform motion tends to remain in that state of motion unless an external force is applied to it.
2nd Law: The relationship between an object's mass m, its acceleration a, and the applied force F is F = ma. Acceleration and force are vectors (as indicated by their symbols being displayed in slant bold font); in this law the direction of the force vector is the same as the direction of the acceleration vector.
3rd Law: For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
My interpretation of how these relate to fitness
1st Law: You are either moving or standing still. Start something to create activity in your life. We create our good habits along with our not so good ones, what will you create today.
2nd Law: Thoughts are a prelude to action, When Thoughts Become Action, Success Is Attainable. When you exercise, you give yourself the momentum to continue.
3rd Law: Exercise gives you many benefits to include:
- Enhanced Balance and Stability
- Stonger Bones (Can Reverse Effects of Osteoperosis)
- Better eating and nutrition awareness
- Enhanced sports performance (stability, balance,
control, vertical jump, speed, etc.)
